High-tech robots for the waste and recycling industry

AI robots in new and cost-effective technology

We and ZenRobotics are naturally very proud to have entered into a contract with Bjorstaddalen Næring AS for a specially adapted factory for sorting residual waste from households. The facility will be delivered in Bjorstaddalen, Skien municipality and will be completed in 2024.

This new and cost-effective technology with the use of AI robots solves many challenges with sorting different waste fractions. We wish Bjorstaddalen Næring the best of luck with their project.

The possibilities of the future

Robot technology is advancing rapidly and is set to play a significant role in the future. In the coming years, robots are expected to become increasingly autonomous, intelligent, and versatile, capable of performing a wide range of tasks in various fields.

How to robotize waste sorting

To make the waste industry competitive and able to meet strict requirements for future productivity the standard of sorting equipment should be of the best quality. Along with the right software it's essential for your business to be able to achieve success. Together with Terex Recycling Systems and ZenRobotics we are your best partner to design and build processes around AI-based robotic technology for waste sorting. Shown below, are products suitable for this purpose.

ZenRobotics Fast Picker

Optimal for material recovery facilities (MRFs), this robot replaces manual sorting and increases profits with high output purity. Fast Picker's compact design allows easy integration to existing processes and conveyors. Can make up to 4,800 picks per hour.

ZenRobotics Heavy Picker

Heavy Pickeris the world's strongest sorting robot that can easily separate multiple waste fractions with the help of various sensors, heavy-duty robot arms and artificial intelligence. It provides a simple, unmanned sorting process and makes waste sorting safer, more accurate and profitable.

ZenRobotics ZenBrain

ZenBrain software with highly advanced recognition ability

ZenRobotics has harnessed AI to increase waste sorting efficiency. Our own software named ZenBrain is referring to its highly advanced recognition ability and autonomous decision-making.
